CashBux Refund and Return Process

At CashBux, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience. To ensure satisfaction with your purchase and to facilitate refunds and returns, please see below:

  1. Order Placement and KYB Submission:

    • Upon placing your order, the payment is processed, but the device is not automatically dispatched to the address.

    • Merchants are required to submit the necessary documentation for Know Your Business (KYB) verification.

    • Merchants are required to submit the signed CashBux Merchant Agreement.

  2. KYB Verification:

    • Our team will carefully review the submitted documents to validate the customer's identity and business details.

    • If the KYB submission is approved, the order will proceed for fulfillment and delivery to the provided address.

  3. Refund in Case of KYB Rejection:

    • In the event that the KYB submission is not approved, CashBux will initiate a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.

    • The refund will be processed promptly using the original payment method.

  4. One-Year Warranty:

    • All devices purchased from CashBux are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

    • Customers experiencing issues with their device during the warranty period can reach out to our support team for assistance.

  5. Refund and Return Policy:

    • Customers may request a refund or return of their device within 30 days after delivery  a specified period after delivery, in accordance with our refund and return policy.


5.1. Eligibility for a Refund:

5.1.1. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to the item being out of stock, and the customer does not wish to wait for the item to become available, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. 


5.2. Eligibility for a Return:

5.2.1. Defective Item. Device not working/malfunctioning

5.2.2. Incorrect Item. Device does not match the specification or description that was ordered

  • The device must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact, to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  1. Replacement and Return Process:

    • To initiate a refund or return request, customers can contact our customer support team via email or phone. Customers will be directed to perform the necessary checks and troubleshooting steps. If the device fails to function properly due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, the customer is entitled to a replacement. 

    • Our support team will guide customers through the necessary steps and provide instructions for returning the device.

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, CashBux will process the device replacement accordingly.
